Webspace and Forwarding URLs for Non-Ecclesial Organisations
Through the Ecclesial Pages Scheme, every Christadelphian organisation is entitled to a forwarding URL on www.christadelphian.org.uk. Under some circumstances, webspace may be available as well.
The rules for organisation pages are looser than the rules for ecclesial pages, reflecting the different needs of organisations.
The URL of your site will be in the form www.christadelphian.org.uk/[organization-name] where [organisation-name] is based on the name of your organisation as it appears in the ALS diary, although any reasonable suggestion will probably be accepted. (If for some reason your organisation is not listed in the current ALS diary please make this clear when you contact me.)
The domain christadelpians.org.uk acts as an alias for christadelphian.org.uk. This means that www.christadelphian.org.uk/somepage.html is exactly the same as www.christadelphians.org.uk/somepage.html. You can advertise a www.christadelphian.org.uk address in either way.
How to use your URL
If you have an existing site we can set up your URL to redirect people to your site. This is done using uncloaked forwarding (see www.christadelphian.org.uk/hereford/).
You can change between any of the three methods as appropriate. For example, we can set up a small site for you while you develop a larger site and then your URL can be changed to uncloaked forwarding when your larger site is launched.
